The hotel with large rooms, in a great area, at the top of the mountain. Amiable and excellent property employees all round. Nice large room with breathtaking view and balcony and awesome views. Unbeatable location to a wonderful museum.

difficult to find the place

The setting here is absolutely gorgeous, nestled near a vineyard in the scenic Douro Valley of Portugal on a picturesque hillside.

The room was new, clean, and comfortable. Loved the balcony overlooking the vineyard and the stunning view of the surrounding area. the owners were extremely nice and attentive, even with their limited English. the wine was excellent and added to the overall experience.

The driveway up to the Quinta was narrow and could be challenging to navigate, especially in the dark. the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the air conditioner made a dripping noise when in use.

The staff were helpful and lovely, gave us great tips. the food was excellent. - the location was beautiful. - We really enjoyed the nice restaurants on site.
